93 Econoline won't go into any gear

Its a 6cyl econoline. 1 day the truck wouldn't go into gear. Transmission worked fine up to this point. Now magically one day i come out of Sears and theres no Forward or Reverse gears. Transmission fluid is red and wasn't low. I was speculating it was an electrical issue. What do you guys think?

Check linkage, and electrical connector on the side.

Any idea what that connector is called??? Just incase i try going to the parts store to find one.
