93 Feature Mustang Question!!!

It is a vert...thats the issue I'm having. Every store shows different parts for a V8 Vert... LX and GT. Ford doesn't even carry the springs anymore and their techs are worthless. I think a volvo dealer knows more about stangs..

I'm sorry the dealer doesn't know what they are doing.

If you can't get a stock replacement, your only other options are:

1) Go to a Junk yard and pull a spring from a wrecked convertible stang (or all four from a hard top)

2) Go aftermarket and buy a complete set of 4 lowering springs. I think the smallest (least amount) of drop comes from the FRPP "B" springs. Someone feel free to correct me on that one though.

My car has new OEM springs from the old owner and I kinda wish when I had everything ripped apart I had gone with something a little lower - that is a good point by Steve. The other springs are worn out and not helping at all. SPrings make a ton of difference - fresh stiff springs can help a lot with wallow (something my vert has, even though everything but springs were replaced).

My 94 is kinda in the weeds (Eibach kit) and I love it!
