I have a friend who has a 93 GT auto 5.0, he needs new tranny cooler lines and Ford dosen't make them anymore, does anyone know where we might be able to find some.

When I converted to a t5, I noticed that the lines resembled brake lines....maybe you could fabricate your own. Maybe you could find someone who is also converting, and ask them to sell you theirs.
there is no way ford doesnt make them anymore. ford still makes parts for cars that 30 years old. call around some more you will find it, or go to a junk yard, if you tell me exactly what you need and send a picture i could check it out for you at my local mustang junk yard and get a price.
make them, we just made them for my friends 66 GTO. use brake lines that are the correct diameter for your transcooler inlet/outlets and bend them up. it may take a few tries to get the bends right so buy extra lines
