Fox 93 Mustang Ssp Wont Start

I was wanting to know if anyone knew what the little box with the green light and red light is ? it is located on passenger side fire wall the car wont start unless the green light comes on and it wont come on all of a sudden .does anyone know what it is and where to buy another or how to bypass it the car is a 93 ssp ex highway patrol car supercharged with all the goodies any if would be great thanks

Can't you just unplug it and plug the factory haresses back together.

Kinda curious what that was for, considering its hooked into the TPS harness. Does the light change color if you sweep the throttle?

Jrichker, that is one of those "TPS enhancer" gadgets that claim to trick it into producing full throttle voltage at 3/4 throttle. Total waste of money.

That explains the no start problem. It probably died with the signal output stuck in the 4 volt+ range. That shuts off the injectors since full throttle on a cranking 5.0 Mustang EFI system turns the injectors off to clear a flooded engine.
