Your "normal" AFR would depend on if you are naturally aspirated or boosted? Your temp kinda depends on what temp thermostat you have installed and if you're reading off the dash NORMAL gauge or an aftermarket gauge?what should my air fuel ratio and water temp be at while I'm driving?
The fans are on as soon as the car starts.Normal range for AFR I believe is between 11.x-14.x. Your temps shouldn't exceed 200* IMO. What temp thermostat do you have installed? What temp do you have your fans setup to turn on at? What fan controller?

How would I be able to do so, Could you please explain. I'm not too familiar with this kinda stuffI would try to burp the cooling system to see if there's any air trapped inside.
Jack the front of the car up so the radiator cap is the highest point. Turn on the heater and remove the rad cap. Start the car and let it run. When the thermostat opens any air trapped inside will be forced to move upwards and exit out the cap. Keep an b eye on your engine temps.
