The thing is - is the entire LX Coupe interior can be upgraded to a GT interior without changing anything but the foam and the upholstery. He won't need new buckets or a new rear, just new GT Foams (http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/LRS-64810D/92-93-Mustang-Seat-Foam-Assembly-Sport-Seat ) and new GT Leather Full Set for a Coupe - (http://www.latemodelrestoration.com...t-Convertible-Oxford-White-Leather-Upholstery)

I actually saw this when you first posted it - just forgot - so for the record - I can buy the GT foams for the front and "re-use' my LX foam for the back - and apply the new hides and it will look GT - correct? - www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/LRS-1993CVBC/Mustang-Convertible-Limited-Edition-White-Vinyl-Upholstery - I'm thinking these instead of the leather - can you get a sample of both (i'll try to find some pictures on line -

Yes. and Yes. PM your address and I'll get you a sample out. My suggestion is save the money go w/ the Vinyl - Vinyl has come a LONG way and has a great finish/feel to it.

i can confirm this. tmi sent me a sample long ago and you could only see the difference if you flipped them over and exposed the leathers rough backing.

I agree - it should come out looking great - I'll look for a sale out of LMR - maybe a % off or something - I've got an interior company here that will do the conversion for $200.00 bucks - they do almost all of the interior warranty work for local ford dealers around here -
