93LX Under seat wiring

Under the passenger seat there is wiring coming out of a blue harness that has 300V printed on it. This wiring has been spiced into wiring coming from another harness. It looks like what ever part that used to be there has been bypassed.

Any thoughts? The car won't start right now.

I've seen mention before of an OEM stereo amplifier. No way of telling over the net if this is what you have or not though.

it could be part of the optional ejection seat that was offered on cars manufactured from 6/92-1/93 - does your car fit into that timeline?

It is wiring for the premium sound amplifier. Colors are:

So the amp was cut out and bypassed. No wonder the sound system speakers are not wired right.
