Did any of the 94-95 gt's come with a rear bumper cover that said MUSTANG not MUSTANG GT? I found a nice one for sale and thought it was odd that the rear bumper only said MUSTANG. The only thing I could think of is that it was a v6 swap but wanted to ask to make sure.

its either from a v6 or cobra

It is definetly not a Cobra. The front fenders say Mustang GT and it has the 5.0 under the hood. What about the GTS?

Check and see if it has ABS, that is the only thing that you could not get on a GTS

a GTS had a "mustang gt" rear bumper too.

Yup, either a V6-to-V8 swap or the rear got damaged and a V6 bumper was put on for some reason. If it was a Cobra, I would think that the car would be advertised as such.

...my guess would be a v6 that someone swapped a v8 into and threw the badges on it too fool someone ....the seats will tell if its a original v8 car

I think aftermarket bumper covers also only say Mustang (no GT)...
