Ok, I found this thread talking about custom CAI. 94-95 Cold Air Pictures It also gave a link to this page on allfordmustangs.com. However, when I went to run the ABS pipe into the fenderwell, it didn't line up right. It ran into the fenderwell right BEHIND the hold where the stock filter assembly went. I do have a Throttle Body Spacer on, but is there any way to make the pipe run into the existing hole? Or do I have to cut part of it out?

you need to cut some...what MAF/filter are you running??....

....small piece of advise...take the filter and MAF and feed it up through the hole down by the ground so that it is INSIDE the fender of your car...line that up with the TB and see what you need to cut away...shouldnt be too much...or you can cut using the "factory supplied guidlines" on the fender there.....but def feed the filter and MAF up through the fender....use a dremel to cut it away....or if you wanna be quiet and not make as much mess tin snips work fine!...

Stock MAF, regular K&N. I'm pissed because I had a huge K&N filter and I took it out so I could mount the other one in the fenderwell. Got everything set up and it didn't line up. I ran out of time and am now stuck with the smaller filter sitting in the engine bay sucking in all kinds of hot air. My dad didn't want me cutting anything out of there, so I'll just have to do it when he's not there.

it is not very noticeable, i made one for my car, and then i decided i wanted a chrome one so i bought one. The one i bought completely covers the spot i had to trim, it shouldn't be more than 3/4 inch of material

Thanks for the advice guys, but I actually got it to work without having to cut any fenderwell out. VIPERn94Five-0, bringing it from underneath: it worked quite nicely. Don't think it would have fit otherwise.
