About 1 month ago, after the weather got kinda cold, I started hearing an exhaust leak on the driver's side. I opened up the rocker cover only to find the top side of the head looked fine. I have repositioned and tightened the H-Pipe to see if it was leaking there, and no luck. I did not notice (not that I could see very well) any gaps in the gasket. I have BBK headers that are about 6 years old. I have ordered an new set of gaskets and will replace this weekend to see if that resolves it. I have noticed that the leak tends to sound louder, the colder the engine.

Am I on the right path here???

Could be an exhaust leak, could be a loose rocker. FWIW, the exhaust leak will get quieter as the engine heats up due to the expanding metals causing the gap to close. The rockers will do the same though. But an exhaust leak is heard MAINLY under load, and it's not entirely consistent with engine RPM. A rocker will be heard all the time, and is in sync with engine RPM.

Exactly. I pulled off the rocker cover and checked all the roller rockers. Everything looked fine there. I have also verified that it's not leaking at the collector. So... It's either a cracked/holy header or a blown gasket. I am hoping for the latter!
