egr pipe adapter I have a spare one I'm trying to sell or you can get them from 50resto. I'll be honest with mine I have the 1" heat spacer and I needed 2 adapters. For a 3/8 spacer 1 would probably work
maybe its the different heads? I still have stockers Do you have a heat spacer? or did you grind the egr to fit? I also have fox valve covers maybe thats it too. My egr wouldn't fit without a spacer. I have heard that a 3/8 will let it fit I wasn't sure so I just ordered the 1" to be sure I wouldn't have any problems.
I had to make a custom tube for mine. I used stainless steel and a special bender and flaring tool from work, but you can use 1/2" (5/8" OD) soft copper water pipe. A cheap set of bending springs and a standard flaring tool is all you'll need. You will have to reuse the nuts as they are metric and not available as a flare-nut. Make sure you put the nuts on the tube BEFORE you flare the ends!!
