94 Mustang wont start when hot

Have a 94 Mustang GT 5.0L that when hot (half way) and shut off car will not start. However, when let it sit for about 1 minute or so it will start. Even when driving the car about 45mph and you press the clutch in the idle jumps and feels like it is going to stall and will at times stall. No engine light is on. The fuel pump comes on and the engine cranks and acts like it is going to start and won't, but can let it sit for 1 minute or so will start. Never had this problem before. Have been having it for about 1 year. Have replaced the fuel pump, ignition module, tps, iac, fuel regulator, both o2 sensors, and fuel filter. Took the wire off the coil and am getting spark. I have read on some stuff that says it could be the thermostat or the starter motor might be getting hot or vapor lock. Could one of these be the problem or could possibly the computer be going bad? Also do the vapor valves on the gas tank go bad and possibly cause this? Very puzzled and annoyed! Almost ready to get rid of car.
