I recently traded my 77' El Camino for a 1996 Mustang. It's a V6 car that has been converted over to a 5.0 that came out of a 95 Mustang. As far as I can tell everything has been done correctly and I was told it was but you know how that goes. So my problem is...it's loading up bad. Pushing so much fuel through that it sometimes kills the engine at an idle. Now I don't know a whole lot about the 5.0 conversion. My question is why is it loading up so badly? Is it a sensor? Bad computer? Was the conversion not done correctly? Any suggestions are welcome.
