95 amp alternator

i will be putting on a electric fan next week and want to upgrade my alternator. ebay has 95 amp alternators that fit without any cutting of the bracket for 88.00.does anyone run one of these and were is the cheapest place to buy the 3g alternator.

I run a 95A. Don't know where the cheapest place to get one is; I bought mine through PA-Performance along with the upgrade wire kit. Very pleased with the purchase - good value for the $; new equipment, quality components, idiot proof instructions, great customer service.

I'll tell you though, if you have air and a serious electric fan running on switches/relays, it will tax even the 95A alternator at idle when the fan's on full speed. I've switched to this unit to control my fan - makes all the difference in the world as the fan rarely (never so far) works at full current.
