95 cobra quiting when driving down the road

I have a 95 cobra 5.0 with 32k and the other night I was driving to the road and it just turned off so I pulled over and tried to restart it and it would just crank. Called the tow truck and when he got there I tried to start it again and it started.

It starts when its cold and once it get warmed up it dies???
Any ideas????

Pull the trouble codes, paying attention to TFI, PIP and IDM codes.

When it doesnt run, I'd want to check fuel pressure (I've had FP's crap out when they get hot - the diaphram gets too loose. Let it cool off and it works again) and for spark.
