95 Cobra. Won't Crank, Fan Constant

Hello. I am having some issues with my 95 cobra and was hoping for some troubleshooting advice. A little background before I get started. I purchased the car as a roller and put a 306 out of my fox into it with a 94-95 specific harness and computer(t4mo). Below are the issues.

- fan runs constantly when key is on
- I have jumped pin 55 and 60 together and that stopped the fan?
- no power to fuel pump
- car won't crank but the starter will turn the engine over when I jump the bulb connector near the battery with a 12v source

The car does have a new ccrm. Any tests you have that can help me narrow down my issues?

So I found a plug missing at the pcm. I hooked that up and the car will now turn over with the key...with the issues I am having now I am starting to think I have a bad computer. When I turn the key to run shouldn't a
Check engine light pop up on the dash board? It is not which makes me think it is not communicating with the computer? Any tests to rule out a fried computer?

Cancel. I figured it out. Damn computer connection wasn't tight enough. All is well and should fire it up for the first time tonight.
