95 GT gear specs?

I actually got this info off stangnet a while back...

There should be one of these letters on the diff. cover.

M 2.73
Z 3.08
E 3.27
 
the guy i bought mine from said it had 3.73's. i am planing to do the "jack it up, turn the wheel 1 rotation, and count the driveshaft turns" thing, but i was wondering if turning 2000 rpms at about 63 on the speedo was an indication of what gears they are. i have no idea if the speedo is correct or not.

I believe you probably have 3.27's...I think the verts came with 2.73's and the coupes with 3.08's,both having the option of 3.27's.

But judging from your dissatisfaction with the acceleration of your car, I doubt you have 3.73's. Unless your car is not running right...
