Thank you for the reply I'm going to see what I can do with the checklist much appreciatedI'm usually very skeptical at it being the computer until absolutely everything else has been exhausted. They're pretty reliable and are often either alive or dead.
Look for major vacuum leaks - evap purge hose is always suspect. Adjust your throttle stop and idle air bleed to get the car running ok at a low idle with the IAC disconnected (see the surging idle checklist posted above). Check for binding in your throttle cable (or in the throttle body) which could be aggravated by bad motor mounts. Check the throttle position sensor for reliable output.

Thanks so much ill look into it!Maybe have your alternator checked, low voltage will cause stall problems.
