I have a huge problem maybe thinking with my computer. For a whole year now when driving down the street the RPMs in the car rises and stays at about 2500 until I shut the car off and restart only for it to do it again. I have replaced the IAC the TPS and some others. Do I need a new computer? I've had some mods on like a cold air intake along with a bigger throttle body but both were taken off any advice would be appreciated thanks!

You need to run the surging idle checklist:

Pay close attention to sensor readings.

I'm usually very skeptical at it being the computer until absolutely everything else has been exhausted. They're pretty reliable and are often either alive or dead.
Look for major vacuum leaks - evap purge hose is always suspect. Adjust your throttle stop and idle air bleed to get the car running ok at a low idle with the IAC disconnected (see the surging idle checklist posted above). Check for binding in your throttle cable (or in the throttle body) which could be aggravated by bad motor mounts. Check the throttle position sensor for reliable output.

Hi again guys! I just wanted to say thank you. I ended up getting a new MAF sensor and it seemed to help. I dont know if this is a problem but it seems when i go to shift, just as i put my foot on the clutch and foot off the gas it revs up a bit then falls like normal not sure what this is or if there is a delay in my pedal. Next it seems to want to die (or tries to) when cold started. When i back out of the garage the rpms drop to stalling levels and unless i press the gas, will stall. My lights flicker too like my whole car is losing power and I have a brandnew battery anyone know the cause any advice would help thanks a ton!!

Maybe have your alternator checked, low voltage will cause stall problems.
the checklist covers this.

You still need to work your way through that checklist.

I assure you, that you will find the faulty component(s) in that way. JRichker has updated that checklist many, many times due to feedback over the years and the invitation is [always] open for folks to provide feedback about how/why it didn't bring the user to the root issues.
