Replace the fuse and clear the impending code 53 that will come up after that.

Edit: if the fuse is ok, you'll sometimes get this code if you try and start the car with a near-dead battery. you may just need to clear the codes according to the procedure that is described - a paperclip to the connector under the glovebox.
