I have a sn95 with an aftermarket k member with caster and camble plates..but the passenger side wheel sits toward the rear of fenderwall ..When i hang a right turn the passenger wheel rubs against the fenderwall.

Sounds like your k member wasn't properly squared to the chassis.

Go to Maximum Motorsports website and look up the instructions for their K-member, in the instruction is a very detailed procedure for squaring it up. I would figure the same basic procedure would work with any brand K-member with deviations for differences in design. I haven't done it myself, still running factory.
