The gas station pump keeps kicking off and I have to hold back the neck to fill the tank just like I would to fill a lawnmower 2 gallon can. Any help out there?.
Sounds like the EVAP lines on the fuel filler are clogged. I had a similar issue with my S197 Mustang several years ago. Another way I found to bypass it is once the filler is in the neck, rotate the filler to the 2 o'clock position (almost upside down) and fuel that way.
