95 mustang front suspension ??????????

The stock plates are too useless to be called CC plates. You can get new mounts (rubber donuts) or if you get aftermarket CC plates, you do away with that donut anyhow.

If you take the front one off make sure you have new bushings, one of mine was so dry rioted if came apart in three pieces so even if I had wanted to reuse it I couldn't. I tried driving mine without either bar and it didn't take me long to put the new ones on.

The stock plates are what Ford could get away with and still have some type of alignment. On a lowered car they are useless unless your into replacing tires every time you turn around. By the time you replace what's warn out you'll have spent close to what real CC plates cost and have much less adjustment for the future.
