:D I just bought my son an 88 GT as a father/son project (to restore) and I gave him a complete 95 5.0 motor and tranny :nonono: (one of my spares). My problem is the wiring to the starter is different in the 88 from the 95. I was told I have to run a jumper wire(signal wire) from the starter relay to the starter. But I am not sure where the wires go on the starter and the relay. I tried looking on my 93 GT because it has the same starter as the 95, but I installed an aftermarket mini high torque starter a few years ago and it required modifying the stock wiring, so it didn't help any. The stock 95 mini starter has a top post and a bottom post on it. Can any one give me real clear instructions or a diagram?

Thanks, Dan

Thanks, I feel really dumb for not searching the threads before posting my Question. Sorry everyone :( my bad.
I am still a bit confused from that post and for some reason I can't get the diagram to print off. I also need to see a diagram of the starter and where the wires go there too. Can any one help me with this?
Thanks a Bunch

this is a very easy fix. i ran into this same problem. first run a big battery wire down to the starter b+ terminal. then run a wire from (looking at starter soleniod) the left terminal down to the starter solenoid S terminal. and you will be all set. basically all your doing now is running 2 starter solenoids.
good luck

no worries, mate. the only reason i posted the link to that thread was that i had just replied to it, and it had a schematic, which i thought might help (im not one to get ticked and tell people to search, since the search function works about half the time anyhow). :)
how is it going? does it work yet? good luck. :)
