95 T-5 in a Fox??

I bought a 95 T-5 to replace the tired one in my 90.

What is the best way to install this for the long term?

Swap the input shaft and bearing retainer on the 95 and use the Fox bell housing??

or

Swap out the Fox bell housing for a 95 bell housing?? I already have a mini starter so that is not a concern.

I have read advantagesdisadvantages for both ways.

What have you guys done?? Any problems??
