Roush 96-98 Orange Saleen???

I almost bought Tangerine Saleen #56 in may of 2004! This car was really unique with its Tangerine Orange color and it being an Original Speedster with an automatic! This Saleen also was originally purchased at Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car and used as a rental! Wow, What a fun rental this would have been! It was a Unique Saleen that was one of a kind! It drove awesome for the 45,000 original miles it had back then! The seller was asking an arm and leg for the car at that time so I had to pass on it! But, I'm happy I waited!

I think they made 5 of them in that color. One is across the pond.

yep, the one over here in the UK is mine 96-005

was the one you saw a coupe or a vert ? they only made one other coupe, the other 3 were verts

the colour was only avaliable in '96 too....

He purchased the car after it was already across the pond in the UK.

ill try and dig out a few pics of the car. As for buying it, the first owner bought it over here when he came here to live (damned if i know why he left CA to live in the UK!!!)

he then sold it on to a guy here who worked for an animation company, this guy was then moving to CA to work...wierd huh... so i bought the car from this second dude..

Ill have a look tonight to see if i can drag up some pics
