96 Cobra chip or programmer

With my mods (see sig), how much hp would I gain with either a chip or a programmer. From what I have read a programmer is the best way to go since you can adjust stuff later, and download tunes. What is the cheapest one, without sacrificing features?

I would look towards a chip. Since you have a 96, the options are limited as far as programmers go.
