96 GT computer and Bullitt computer compatible?

Hello.

I have 96 auto gt with PI heads done and getting ready to do the bullitt intake done. I also have bullitt computer that i am thinking about putting in. Is the Bullitt computer compatible with 96 gt? I just wanted to make sure before i do this.

I'm not sure about the technical aspects of this - but it sounds like a bad idea.

I doubt it. A lot has changed electrically between the 96-98 cars and 99-04 cars.

I am curious to know what you are hoping to get by switching computers. I would think that they could be made to work but, it would be easier to just tune the computer you have now. idk though...
