he is looking at cai right now, densecharger has the elbow on sale for 120, and 160 for the complete setup...

does this fit around the shock tower brace with no issues?

Nope, a full length Densecharger will not fit under the strut tower brace...There's only a couple that do...WMS does I think (could be wrong) and UPR does, because I have one and it fits...
