97 gt clutch help!!!

my clutch is not engaging fully. it will grab a little bit when my foot is off the petal but its barely enough to move the car. is something adjusted wrong or is there a way to adjust it?

lift the clutch off with your left foot, and push it down with your right foot, that how you adjust the clutch.

im confused if i lift the petal with my left foot and push down with my right. i dnt think that gonna do anything.

just lift it up and then push it down... sounds like more trouble than adjustment though....

i lifted it and it clicked. now it works again. but i was gettting on kinda hard and then i smelt clutch. do i have to let the clutch reset it self after the motor has been out or it the clutch going bad?
