97 GT running poorly (daily driver needs fixed SOON)

I went out to play with the Tweecer on my 97 GT. I took out the tweeks I made to the idle dashpot, and when I went to start the car, it doesn't want to idle at all. I removed the tweecer completely (stock EEC now) and it still doesn't run well.

The engine surges at idle and frequently bogs down and dies. If I give it gas, it surges as well. Giving it gas, the engine is unresponsive, then roars up, then it is unresponsive and roars up again.

So far, I have tried cleaning the MAF, and the IAC. I listened for vacuum leaks, but it sounds normal. No codes are being thrown. What else should I look at?

The problem was solved by disconnecting the battery for a short time. I would assume the computer learned something about the previous settings, and was freaking out when I changed the initial settings.
