98 best cam for my mods

Proly a stage II N/A, or a stage 2 blower cam if you plan to make use of that low compression by going FI in the future

Daily driver...Comp 262's are nice. If drivability isn't an issue then some 270's hit pretty well.

if he has P&P heads i'm assuming he wanted to make good use of em. I think stage 1 cams might be selling it too short, unless you need to smog

Do I need to upgrade my torque convertor with those cams? If so what stall and do you know any good products?

Most likely. I hear TC's being a must most often with NA cams, but i'm sure a stage 2.5 blower cam would be similar even if its LSA is wider.
I'd say 3.73's out back and a 3000-3200+ stall would be suited (I'd recommend a 3600 stall tho).
I could ask Jim if you want.
