98 gt head/trans questions

Hi, I have a question concerning 4.6l heads in a 98 gt. What would a good head cam combo be that makes good power. Also what trans 5spd is in a 98 gt? Is it a borg warner t5, t45? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks
