When I put it in first, and release the clutch pedal to the point where it starts grabbing, the car starts vibrating badly in the rear, under the back seat area. It also makes a metal clunking sound. It sounds as if my back seats are vibrating but recently after sitting in the back I realized that the vibration is coming from under the seats (under the car). What could it be?
I believe it started after my visit to the mechanic. I think he tightened one of the u joint bolts, but the vibration might have been before that (just very subtle).
It does not vibrate in neutral, at idle or when driving.
