98 misfire?

i have a 98 and it misfires in 5th really bad it luggs, what would be a fix for this thanks, the check engine light is also on,

If you do a search there are lots of posts about missfires. The most common fault, is plug wires.

I would say go ahead and replace the plugs and wires if you have them I cant remember if they went to coils on the the plugs if they did replace that coil

fixed the problem, antifreeze driped from the rad hose on to the block into the plugs on the driver side. changed plugs and wires holy crap what a diff in power went with ford racing wires and v-power ngk tr-55
