Last weekend I went outside and started up both my Cobras and pulled both out of the garage as it was the first time the temp. has been over 30 degrees in the last 2 months. Anyways, the '98 had a puddle of what appears to be oil (although I changed the oil back in October when I put it away for the winter and haven't driven it since, so it looked very dark to be fresh oil). The area was about 8 inches in diameter, not a sitting puddle at all, but enough to keep the concrete wet and discolored. The leak was coming from the passenger side, when you slide under the car it appeared to be coming from where the front fender well lining(the black plastic) meets the door, about 8 inches towards the motor. I am baffled, but no mechanic. All the fluids are located on the driver's side so what is going on here? The car only has 50K miles and have never have a single issue with this car. I popped the hood and could see no visible leaks or issues. I had it running in the driveway for about a half hour and no leak or even a drop. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks everyone.
