99-03 cobra question

i have a 99 cobra that has been lowered about an inch and a quater in the back and inch and a half in the front, im wanting to put 10.5" inch wheels in the back, did lowering my car make that impossible to do? would spacers help?

also, i cant get my traction control to turn off, ill push the button and it wont go off, is there a fuse for that or what?
