will 99-04 Mustang GT Coupe Eibach Pro-kit springs fit my 98 GT ? and is 200.00$ installed a good price ?

and how will it look ?

and do i need cc plates to get it in Alignment ?

Yes they will fit

C/C's are not recommended but, depending on how much abuse the chassis took you might have alignment problems from the drop anyway
