You got it. 03/04 it was an option (as proven by my TC-less '04.) I think it was also already said, but 03/04 had the 4 way adjustable headrests (FINALLY) with the IUP.

I hear that. I had the adjustable headrests on my stock cloth interior, and when I switched to leather I got the seats from an '02.. talk about no comfortable way to rest your head on long trips. Sheesh.
