Hey I have a question for you guys, Are the 99 Cobras block aluminum or Iron I am picking this car up for 12k, 60k miles Black interior and exterior, Not a recall car, is it a good deal

Aluminium, earlier 99 still got the Teksid blocks, later 99 got the WAP.

ive seen some of the 01s with a Teksid. thats the block you want.

doesnt matter if it was teksid (mid 99 or earlier) or WAP (mid 99-02) they are all aluminum.

the 03-04 cobra blocks are Iron

yeah I knew the 03-04 were iron I just wasnt sure about the 99-02s I am used to the 5 liters so this is all new to me. thanks for the input
