Question is - For the street, autocross, or a good overall pad?
For street only, I recommend the HAWK HPS. Anything else harder would wear your rotors out faster and produce a lot of dust.
For autocross I think it depends on your braking style. Some guys just brake more/harder, and could use a more aggressive compound. It takes trial an error here.
