99 Cobra tails on MY 01?

I have a buddy of mine who wants to straight up swap me tail lights...

anyone know how i have to go about it?!

Keep in mind i am willing to swap out everything BUT the freakin' wiring harness... lol

so we have the flasher unit
we have the wirings and things... just can't figure out what and where to splice... anyone done this before?
