Not one that you will want. Then you will need the $$ for the install and tune on top of that.
I wanted a turbo for the longest time, but now I'm trying to be a little more realistic, and shooting for:
http://www.kennebell.net/superchargers/ford/cobra99-014v/cobra_99-014v.htm
$4200 will get you the bare bones kit, and you can upgrade with an intercooler and pullies later on. Comes with a pre-tuned kit and everything.
All of the extra tubing + limited space on our 4v's made the choice pretty simple for me.

no...I'd rather run a procharger d-1 than that bell....that price is outrageous man....they need to get real. I can't seem to find a turbo kit under $7500

I've seen many people say the same thing about the kb being more expensive but once you add everything up they are just saying that because they are not comparing a comparably complete kit (injectors? fuel delivery solution? chip? tuning? intercooler? etc.). Turbo's tend to be the most expensive (more than the KB) and require quite extensive mods to the engine bay in general.
Also the procharger might have a nice peak hp but I'd rather have the torque of the kb down low (full boost at like 2500 rpm). Especially on these 4V motors (high reving with very little torque down low) To each his own I guess.

But this is the place to look for turbo mustang stuff.
www.turbomustangs.com
go to the turbo kits page then go to the 96+ modular kits section.
