I can't find a fuel pump upgrade for a 99 cobra or above anywhere? I think mine is dead and would like to replace it with an upgrade, anybody know where to find one? What does the stock pump flow?

Wow, two seperate posts on a similar topic and no replies. Is there like a minimum number of posts you have to have to get someone to respond? I usually view you guys as quite a close group of guys, what's the deal. I just limped my cobra home from a 1200 mile trip with a dying fuel pump and really need some advice. I just picked up the car two weeks ago and haven't had a chance to research parts that much, I really need to know what to do about the factory fuel pump. What does it flow and what can I upgrade it with, thanks.

Well, unless you plan to go with a power adder later on, just replace it with a stock pump. Otherwise, many people have been upgrading to the 03 Cobra pump....but that requires the 03 tank as well. Something to do with the baffles inside.

My tuner upgraded my pump and I can't recall which it is.
Best I can offer. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, I posted the same question on three different boards and this is the first response I got. I do plan on adding a charger later and really wanted an upgraded pump if I have to replace it anyway, but I guess I'll have to settle for a stocker for now. Any Idea on how much it flows? (110, 190, etc.)

I recall that each 2003 pump is 130 so you got 260. You will need like$700 for the 2003 tank & pumps. Scan ebay also...Might be cheaper to buy the tank and pumps seperate, no sure.

I got mine from mustang racing technologies, all assembled (pumps in the tank) and ready to go for just under $700.
