99 Gt Swapped With 05 Interceptor

Hey guys looking to get into the mustang scene, I was offered a trade for a 99 gt that has been swapped with an 05 police interceptor motor from a Carbondale cop car. Has brand new t45 5 speed trans with dual disc clutch and light weight flywheel and some other extras. It was professionally built and he has all the recipts. My question is I don't know much about the swap or can I find much info on it. Can anyone give me any pros cons, or basic info about the interceptor motor?

Stock for stock, if they just swapped, it would be slower. I'm sure they thought "omg cop cars are fast."

Stock it should have:
250hp @ 4900rpm
287tq @ 4100rpm

Compared to a '99 GT:
260hp @ 5250rpm
300tq @ 4000rpm

In the Mustang, it should make identical power. The power reduction in the CV engine comes from the intake, exhaust and tune.

Internally they are the same.
