Roush 99+ guage pod Installation

I have to repair my broken boost and intercoler guages...How the hell do I do that...lol..... I thought i heard you have to remove your steering wheel?...if anyone has done this before please let me know how difficult it really is.....thnx a bunch!!!

I am pretty sure you just have to pull the gauge cluster out of the dash.Then you should be able to reach under the gauges and take it off.

I just had my boost guage repaired on the pod. The ground wire had come off and it shorted out with the lights on. The quage cluster has to come out to do this and the vents with the molding trim need be pulled forward also.
This was a major pain the the butt. You work by feel its very difficult.

do the wires diconnect from the guages??? my lens and needle broke so I was hopign maybe I can just reconnect the new gauge to the exisiting wire if at all possible???

Depends on the year. Some are actual gauges, and the newer ones are a circuit board with both of the gauge faces attached.

well mine is a 2000.....I guess it would make my life alot easier if the gauge and the wire will attach together seeign as the wires are already run to wherethey have to go... Id hate to have t rewire everything ....Maybe someone can answer me this question???
