99 up vert owners-leakage under back seat?

I'm sure alright...

I first found water in the back seat foot area, then it was under the front drivers side (we had a lot of rain this week).

I tried to get it out but obviously didn't when it started to smell funky this week. Today I pulled the back seat. With the amount of water I found I decided to pull the carpet up--this lead to pulling the front seats and finally pulling theconsole and carpet completely out. It's a ****ing mess.

Now I have everything drying out in front of my woodstove.

But I then took it outside and did a water test. Water is leaking in from under the rear side panels. I've had the car for two years and was just putting it up for sale. Didn't have the problem last year.

I'm thinking that maybe debris got in under the top and is stopping up drain holes?

Of course, I have a lightbar, and I really don't feel like pulling that ****er and was hoping someone else has had the same problem.

Had the same cronic prob on my old 99 gt vert. I never fixed it, it was one of the reasons I decided to go hardtop. I always suspected it was that whole rear Piece, because the seals around the window looked fine.

I don't have a leak problem with mine, but I have noticed that there are small drain "tubes" located within the weatherstripping. I can see that these could easily get pinched off, or clogged.
