google "clevor" for more info on this swap. With the abundance of aftermarket heads available for the 351w many people think it's not worth the trouble to use cleveland heads on a windsor.

It seems that the intake manifold is the hardest part. On a 302 you can use a boss 302 manifold. Street boss and track boss intakes used to be made by some company in arkansas for this setup. I think they have gone out of business.

It can and has been done. It requires more than just the heads. You'll also need a custom intake and pistons. Probably more.

Edelbrock now makes the intakes to use Cleveland heads on both the 302 and 351W blocks. Even with these intakes, there's still some machinework to make them work, mainly plugging the Cleveland coolant port back into the block and opening up a new port on the intake side of the head.
