No its not that... the wires are just too long and i want to cut them and crimp on new ends. i cant find a 9mm end these are 8.5mm's so i figured they would work.
I just remember getting tired of the long ass wires falling on to the headers.
I have never had any issues.I use a crimper made for this purpose,and they hold great.Have you checked Ebay?I've seen a lot of plug wire accessories for this purpose there as well.
i bought a set of MSD cut to fit plug wires a few years back that came with a crimping tool, it was pretty simple to use and worked great. Im not sure if they still sell kits with the tool in it or not though
