So aside from the compressor and the evaporator the entire system is brand new and converter to R134. had the system charged and it worked great for two days. while sitting in the parking lot (not running) the line going from the condensor to evaporator blew off at the firewall. I believe this is the same line with the orifice tube. all lines are new, condensor is new, accumulator is new. I plan to pull the lines off to see if there is a clog somewhere but does anyone else have any ideas.
Also now the line seems loose (to firewall) so I am guessing when it blew it made it loose or maybe it didn't fit perfect as before? Either way it didn't leak and held a vacuum before it was charged. the other part that sucks is I bought everything last year so warranty has run out on all of it.
