A/C question

I have a 2000 saleen I bought recently, and the a/c line inbetween the compressor and the radiator thing ( don't know what it is called) is disconnected, and probably has been for a while. To get this back up and working what do I need to do. So far by searching, I think I need to replace the dryer since the system has been open. What else might I need to do as far as replacing things. I will probably have a shop refill it. thanks.

it would be a good idea to replace the dryer/accumulator and have the system evaced and refilled.
